At Welcome Back, we offer direct billing to many private health insurance companies. Many insurance companies cover our services but each policy is different. We can help you determine what your coverage is by contacting your insurance company. Some policies cover services 100%, others 80 or 90%. If the latter is the case, you would pay the difference at the time of service.
Your insurance may pay us directly and others pay you directly. If the latter is the case, you would pay at time of service and the insurance company will reimburse you, usually in about 2-3 days.
