Worker’s Compensation Claims (WSIB)

If you are injured at work and wish to make a claim, you must inform your employer immediately.  Various forms must be submitted to the Worker’s Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB ).

It is up to you where you want to receive treatment.  At Welcome Back Spinal Care Centre, we have experience dealing with WSIB claims.  After examination, there are other forms that must be submitted within 2 days. 

WSIB offers various programs of care depending on what area you have injured (eg. low back or shoulder).  There is generally 8 – 12 weeks of care available under these programs.
