Dr. Arnie Deltoff has been the head clinician of Central Chiropractic Group since his graduation from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 1990.  Currently, he is a founder and clinical director of the Welcome Back Spinal Care Center.  Dr. Deltoff has taught undergraduate courses in orthopedics at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), and applied physiological therapeutics at both CCNM and CMCC.

Arnie is a Fellow of the Academy of Traditional Acupuncture and was selected in 2006 to serve as a peer-assessor in x-ray evaluation for the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.  He is certified in surface electromyography through the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago; he has written several articles on this diagnostic modality and continues to help develop application protocols for surface EMG.  He is also currently an independent assessor for motor vehicle accident patients at various rehabilitation clinics throughout the GTA.  Arnie lives in Thornhill with his wife, Brenda, and their two sons.

Dr. Marshall Deltoff is a 1983 graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.  Subsequently, he completed his radiology residency at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.  Dr. Deltoff is a specialist in diagnostic imaging with over 25 years of academic and clinical experience.  He has taught all aspects of undergraduate radiology at CMCC, where he also chaired the radiology residency programme, and initiated the radiology curriculum at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.  He is the co-author of The Portable Skeletal X-Ray Library, a textbook of radiological bone diseases, several book chapters and a number of professional manuscripts.  Marshall is an accomplished and sought-after international post-graduate lecturer, having presented continuing education programs to doctors in many states and provinces across North America.

Currently, Marshall is in his third term as an elected member of the Council of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the profession’s regulatory body.  He is also a radiological tutor and consultant to the CCO and the chiropractic representative for the Healing Arts Radiation Protection Board.  Marshall lives in Thornhill with his wife, Yocheved, and their five children.
